Hargreaves Recruitment have the pleasure of introducing a new role working for a great organisation based in Somerset
The client is one of the longest running hot tub suppliers in the UK, with over 20 years of trading and providing unparalleled customer service.
The base salary is £18,000 per annum, with OTE of £30,000 and above (commissions are uncapped).
Primarily the role is to provide customers with advice on which hot tubs/products will best suit their needs.
· Opening and closing of the store.
· Welcoming, advising and supporting customers throughout the entire sales process
· Answering customer phone calls and email enquiries
· Following up prospect leads
· Follow-up with existing customers and keeping them informed of new products and special offers
· Help create sales ideas, offers and events
· Maintain running products and a clean working environment
· Monitoring and ordering of your stores stock
The working pattern involves working 37.5 hours per week, this will be on a rotational basis working such days as Monday 9am till 5pm, Thursday & Friday 9am till 6pm, Saturday 9am till 5pm and Sunday 10:30am till 4:30pm- after all, the weekend is when our customers want our time and when they are looking to buy a hot tub.
