An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer services advisor with a client of Hargreaves Recruitment working within their Central Manchester Office
Working within a small team helping existing customers to understand and improve their credit score, credit report, social media image and protect their online identity.
They are one of the market leading credit report organisations and help out customers back in control of their financial future
 
What will you be doing?
    • Communicating with customers by telephone, email and online live chat on how to get the best from their service
    • Promoting the benefits and importance of maintaining ongoing membership to their service
    • Helping customers to dispute incorrect information listed within their credit report.
    • Identifying and promoting opportunities for customers to work towards an improved financial profile and credit score
    • Managing billing queries relating to new and ongoing membership programmes.
    • Ensuring all consumer records are accurate and updated as necessary.
    • Interacting with customers in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
    • Operating and complying with all external regulatory requirements including the FCA & ICO.
    • Working to KPI’s to ensure the team achieves its objectives on a regular basis
    • Embracing a culture of treating customers fairly in relation to the services they offer.
 
The skills we’re looking for:
    • You must possess a minimum of two years telephone-based customer service experience.
    • Computer literate using a windows-based PC
    • Excellent communication skills are required to assist with our diverse customer base
    • Confident in overcoming objections, securing, and retaining new subscribers to their service
    • Friendly, hard-working, reliable and best suited to working in a small team of likeminded individuals.
