Thery are looking for an individual that shares those values and to join their team in the role of an Account Manager.
This is a new role to their company and the position provides the individual with an exciting opportunity to join a growing and award-winning business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop deep rooted, trustworthy relationships with existing client base of around 200 accounts
    • Put strategies in place to protect existing business & grow further opportunities.
    • Develop Account Plans & identify upselling opportunities
    • Manage client relationship throughout every project, co-ordinating with the Production Team who will be delivering the project.
    • Work with Marketing to develop ideas around content creation.
    • Creating quotes, writing proposals & getting contracts signed.

Skills & Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years experience in a B2B Account Management, Sales or Customer Facing role
    • Proven track record of delivering growth within an existing client base
    • Commercial awareness & business acumen
    • Experience in using a CRM platform
    • Experience in the Video Production/Digital/Creative Industry (desirable)

Bonus scheme
As this is a new role within the business, the client has confirmed the role will come with a bonus structure that will be dependent on the revenue this role brings into the business, this will be reviewed every 3 months for the first year of the role
They are keen to develop someone in this role and ensure you are rewarded from a monitory perspective for the work you deliver, so please be open minded with this aspect of the role
 
Travel
Some of the clients you work with will require a face-to-face meeting but the travel for this position won’t be extensive (1 -2 times a month). For any travel you do – the client will fully expense this
